30-Day Success Guarantee and Refund Policy
Our guarantee is that if you follow all the modules, participate in the community and implement everything we discuss on the live calls and classes, you’ll get 10X the results in 30 days than you would during the same time in traditional therapy.
Please note for the 30-day guarantee, you must complete the entire program and show us proof that you have done the program within 30 days of program purchase, not program start. You must also have contacted the team at least once for help if you're stuck with the program.
Refunds are not given because you changed your mind, found the 10X Recovery System unsuitable, did not have access to the required equipment, found the strategy confusing, had a technical issue or did not like the plan in general.
In other words, refunds are given if you show proof you have completed the full program on our form, contacted us once, implemented the strategies and did not reach realistic goals. These terms are without exception and a refund request outside of these requirements will not be processed.
You will be required to spend time reading the material and formulating your plan, it does require some personalization and time commitment.
This refund policy is the standard terms for online, digital products. Unlike physical products, once you have purchased this product you will have instant access to the files and can not return them.
Please note this program was developed after years of research and practice. If you are participating in any type of 30-day program/challenge, or a program for a fixed period of time, you are expected to complete all the lessons and submit a spreadsheet linking to your assignments to show you did the work.
If we find that you completed all the assignments but did not make any progress, we will contact you to issue a refund within 14 days of the end of the guarantee.
